Women’s Ministries “Loved & Chosen”

Ministry Overview

Every woman is loved and chosen by God. You are never alone. Together, we walk in faith, hope, and Christ’s love—uplifting hearts, inspiring growth, and empowering lives. Every act of encouragement, word of support, and step of care matters. As His vessels, we carry His love and transform lives—one life at a time.

Mission Statement

To REACH women of all ages and language groups in Southeastern Conference with a Christ-centered message of hope and wholeness, affirming, inspiring, motivating, equipping, and empowering them to share a transformational gospel.

Ministry Bible Scripture

You are one who is precious in my eyes! You are glorious, honored, and I have loved you! Isaiah 43:4 (Aramaic Bible)

You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit, fruit that remains, so that whatever you ask the Father in my name he will give you. John 15:16

Color: Lavender

Lavender is a soft, graceful shade of purple that reflects peace, beauty, and gentle strength. Inspired by the delicate lavender flower, it symbolizes friendship, devotion, serenity, and hope—a calming reminder of God’s tender presence.

As a lighter expression of purple, lavender carries the color’s biblical meaning of royalty. It speaks of refinement, majesty, dignity, and holiness, reminding us that every woman is endowed with God-given worth and a royal identity.

Lavender flowers also represent humility, purity, devotion, serenity, and grace, reflecting a spirit that is both tender and resilient. Although the word lavender itself does not appear in Scripture, similar fragrant plants—most notably nard or spikenard—are mentioned as expressions of worship, honor, and deep spiritual reverence (John 12:3).

In Women’s Ministries, lavender beautifully embodies the heart of our mission:
Welcoming every woman with grace and compassion
Restoring peace to the weary and hurting
Celebrating every woman’s royal identity in Christ
Embracing women of all ages, cultures, and languages

Lavender carries a gentle yet powerful truth:
You are loved. You are valued. You are a daughter of the King. You are held by God.
