Hope Church Channel Gets New Satellite Frequency

Starting Friday, February 12, 2010, the owners of the satellite that beams Hope Church Channel to North America will change the channel’s frequency.

The new frequency for Hope Church Channel will be 12084 MHz. All other parameter information remains the same. But, just in case you need full parameter information, here it is:

Hope Church Channel parameters as of 2/12/10:

Satellite: AMC-4 @ 101W

NEW:  D/L Freq: 12084 MHz (Horizontal)
SR: 3.100 Msps (or 3100 on many models)
FEC: 1/2

To receive a free instruction manual for re-tuning the most common satellite receivers, please call Hope Channel at 888-4-HOPE-TV (888-446-7388) and select option 2 from the menu.
 
According to Brian Gohl at Adventist Satellite, his company will send an automated signal update to owners of Glorystar receivers Monday evening, February 15. After that date, Glorystar dish owners can call 888-393-4673 for assistance.

Owners of other systems can call Hope Channel at 888-4-HOPE-TV for technical assistance.

Hope Church Channel is a supporting channel of the Hope Channel network and carries special event programming such as conferences, training seminars, and camp meetings. On April 20, 2010, Hope Church Channel will carry Ministry Magazine's Professional Growth Seminar live from 1:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern.
