| In the summer of 1986, after fasting for about a week, I went to the Allegheny East camp meeting and was led to the youth tent where Pastor Robinson was preaching. I remember him telling a story about being short and being the last to be choosen when playing basketball. But, he read a text in John 15:16-17 that says, "You did not choose Me, but I chose you and appointed you that you should go and bear fruit, and that your fruit should remain, that whatever you ask the Father in My name He may give you. These things I command you, that you love one another." After that I left the tent, and heard a voice say, "These are the people that I love, show them My love." In rememberance of God using him. |

| It is with great sadness to learn of the passing of my dear friend, Reggie. It was my privilege to work with him from 1983-1987 when the Adventist Media Center was in Newbury Park, CA. We enjoyed many times of fellowship and prayer together. My most sincere sympathy to his dear family. I look forward to embracing him soon, when Jesus comes again. |
