Ministry Overview

The signs of the times and the conditions of the world are stark reminders that the Second Coming of our Lord is imminent. It is because of this urgency that the Personal Ministries Department of the Southeastern Conference is sending out a clarion call for us to teach and proclaim the Gospel of Jesus Christ in response to His command in the context of the Three Angels Messages of Revelation 14:6 – 12.  As we seek to fulfill this mission, the Personal Ministries Department, together with our pastors, will continue to equip and resource our members to reach our communities with this Christ-centered message of hope and wholeness.

It is the earnest desire of this department to enlist every member in active soul-winning service for God. There is no greater privilege than to be guided by the Holy Spirit to inspire, organize, train, and assist God’s people in the joy of sharing Jesus.

One person cannot do this work, but when we rely totally and continually on the God of the Impossible, there is nothing that we cannot achieve, because nothing is too hard for Him.

There will be no failure! Success is assured!

“The entire church, acting as one, blending in perfect union, is to be a living, active missionary agency, moved and controlled by the Holy Spirit” (Testimonies, Vol. 8, p. 47)

“If Christians were to act in concert, moving forward as one, under the direction of one Power for the accomplishment of one purpose, they would move the world” (Testimonies, Vol. 9, p. 221).

The Church, re-sensitized, re-energized, re-grouped, and re-equipped, to re-deem the lost.
