Registration Fees/Room Pacakages:
  • $190.00 per person for 4 adults in the room or 3 adults and one teen in the room.
  • $250.00 per person for 3 adults in the room.
  • $320.00 per person for 2 adults in the room.
  • $450.00 per person for 1 adult in the room.
  • $90.00 G Girls 5-11 years /per girl.
  • $130.00 Y Youth 12-17/ per youth.
  • $150.00 Commuter / per person.
  • 5% discount
Event Notes:
  • June 30, 2009 is the REGISTRATION DEADLINE.
  • Bring your White Attire for the Communion Service.
  • Price includes: 4 meals, 1 banquet, Hotel accommodation and Retreat activities.
  • Booths are also available, please contact Nicole Brisé at the number below.
  • All information on application must be completed or application will be returned - confirmation is required for registration.
  • Reservations will not be taken over the phone.
  • Payment accepted by Cash, Credit Card, Church Check,
  • Money Order, or Personal Checks made payable to: Southeastern Conference.
  • Each individual must complete a separate registration form and if you want to room with certain people you should send in all applications and payments in one envelope.
  • Roommates should find replacement for cancellation or you will be responsible for the balance due.
  • Bring Formal Wear for banquet.
  • Registration begins at 9:00am. Rooms available at 3:00pm.
